At PRISA, our core focus lies in studying, analyzing, and communicating complex global issues. We produce comprehensive reports, books, and papers covering critical areas such as Economy and Trade, Institutions, Environment, Climate Change Adaptation, Disaster Risk Reduction, the South Asian Diaspora, Foreign Policy, Culture & Civilization, and Media.

Our policy experts regularly contribute to newspapers, broadcast media, and websites, further disseminating our work. We also host an extensive series of seminars, lectures, and working lunches—25 to 50 events annually—that bring together politicians, students, journalists, leading business figures, academics, and others interested in public policy. These events are detailed on our events page.

Additionally, our widely visited website serves as a valuable educational resource, offering both classic economic texts and contemporary discussions to scholars worldwide.

PRISA maintains no corporate position...

PRISA maintains no corporate position, ensuring a diversity of perspectives among our staff, authors, and fellows. However, all those associated with the Institute align with PRISA’s core aims and values. They believe society’s challenges are best addressed through the actions of individuals, companies, and voluntary associations, interacting freely without undue interference from politicians and the state. Thus, our authors and speakers continually seek ways to foster a better society through sustainable development underpinned by rigorous analysis.

A distinguished international Academic Advisory Council and an eminent panel of Honorary Fellows support PRISA’s activities. These experts, along with other academics, review our prospective publications, providing anonymous feedback to authors. This process ensures that our monographs and research papers meet the stringent standards of independent peer review, akin to leading academic journals.
